Wanzi Silva is the Senior Manager for Client Success & Operations of RBC’s Newcomer & Cultural client segment strategy team. An immigrant herself, she has over 15+ years of professional experience in the banking and finance sector. Wanzi is a Subject Matter Expert that leads a high performing team of Operations Officers responsible in operationalizing new- to -Canada segment partnerships.
Wanzi has built a strong track record as a high performer delivering innovative solutions by blending technology, process improvement, and project execution. She holds a MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK
Outside of work, Wanzi is an active volunteer with ACCES Employment, TRIEC, participating in mentoring and coaching programs designed to empower newcomers to Canada. She is also a LinkedIn Local Host for Peel Region.
